Nice. I like the chatter thats going on during the explosion, and how the goomba is covered with Blooper goo. I wonder how those townfolks coop with the insanity of the Mario Kart Circuits. They must have some serious life insurance.

it's funny really. it's a very simple joke to make: 'what happens next door to the kart track?' but the little touches, the real-estate agent's eagerness giving way to manic desperation, the for sale sign being on fire, the two homebuyers being so utterly, completely shellshocked (as if one couldn't -see- the amount of landscaping that surrounds most of the kart tracks...) really nails it and makes it infinitely more enjoyable ^.^
