Actually, it's been done, if only in fanfic form.

I wrote a two-part story, called "Shellshocked!", that brings the Gargoyles and Turtles universes together... a fun attempt, one of which I really am proud of!

Here's a sample :

Elswhere, jockeying for position, both Brooklyn and Raphael eyed one another, ignoring the rest of the fight going on around them. "Oh, I am gonna love kickin' yer butt, beak-freak!" Raph snarled, bringing his sais up in an attack pose.

"Oh really?" Brooklyn growled, his eyes flaring white. "Why don't you show me how to use the power of those FORKS, Obi-wan?!"

Raphael rumbled deep in his throat. "That's it!" With a yell, he launched a savage kick at Brooklyn's head, twisting in mid-air when the crimson warrior turned aside at the last second. Unable to get clear in time, Brooklyn fell backwards as Raph stuck him two hard blows across his face.

"Boo-yah!" Raph drew back to strike again, only to find himself upended when Brooklyn lashed out with his tail, smacking the red lash against his legs.

"Goliath! These joker's mean business!" Brooklyn called out.

[Smokey the Genie pops out, looks in the door quickly, amid more shrieks, then grins at Bugs]

Smokey : "Oh, THAT was a harem, alright! I know a harem when I see one!"

Awesome! Yeah I figured someone else somewhere must have had the idea to put these two together in some way. It's so perfect an idea. I'd never actually seen any sort of fan art for it though so I figured I'd go for it. I have ideas for more pairings of the two worlds, it would be a sweet mini-series, as your script I'm sure can attest to. Thanks for the fav, and I love Brooklyn calling Raph's sais "forks".
